We provide a range of movement programmes to promote regular exercise. Our classes are suitable for all abilities. They promote wellbeing, neuroplasticity, flexibility, functionality and hand to eye co-ordination enabling progression to more complex programmes if desired. We aim to get people moving who have found going to exercise classes too daunting in the past.
